You’ve probably realised until now that we have a big thing for healthy ice cream. We’ve already showed you our delicious Brownies and Cream Nicecream with homemade brownies, our raw-vegan Peanut-Cookies with Peanut Butter Nicecream, and our Mango-Persimmon-Nicecream (to only mention a few).

Today we have another – no, four other! – nicecream recipes for you and all pimped with superfoods, nuts and/or dried fruits. I couldn’t say which one is the best because they are all so good! Try them as soon as possible, no matter if for breakfast or as a healthy and yummy dessert!

Super healthy ice cream [Superfood Nice Cream] | raw-vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free

What you need (for 1 veeeery hungry person, 2 hungry people or 4 gourmets):

For the raspberry-goji-berry-nice-cream

1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 – 1 frozen banana, cut in pieces
1 dash of plant-based milk (e.g. oat or coconut)
1 EL getrocknete Gojibeeren

For the banana-raisin-nice-cream

1 gefrorene Banane, in Stücke gerissen
1 dash of plant-based milk (e.g. oat or coconut)
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp dried banana chips, without sugar

For the blueberry-chokeberry-nice-cream

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 dash of plant-based milk (e.g. oat or coconut)
1/2 – 1 frozen banana, cut in pieces
1 EL chokeberries, dried or fresh

For the chocolate-carob-peanut-nice-cream

1 frozen banana, cut in pieces
1 dash of plant-based milk (e.g. oat or coconut)
1/2 tbsp cacao, raw and unsweetened EL
1/2 tbsp carob powder
1 tbsp peanut butter, unsweetened and palmoil-free
1 tbsp peanuts, raw or roasted and salted
salt if you like it

How to make it:

1. For each ice cream kind mix all the frozen ingredients with the plant-based milk together until you have a creamy and smooth mixture. Add cacao and carob powder for the chocolate kind and mix until well combined.
2. Then add the superfoods and stir with a fork or spoon. If you like it softer, soak the dried fruits in water before you use them.
3. Serve in glasses or bowls, decorate with nuts and dried fruits and enjoy immediately. Yummy!

Tips

If you like chunks in your ice creams start each recipe by mixing the bananas with the milk. Then add the other fruits (raspberries, blueberries) and mix again but shortly.

For the less healthy but also really delicious version of the banana-raisin-ice-cream add a dash of rum. I always leave this step because I want it super-healthy but I’m sure it’s worth a try!
